Kevin Timm, President, and founder: K & T Custom Homes Inc. and K & T Commercial Construction Inc. of Lindenhurst, IL. Since 1991, Kevin has been general contracting and managing projects for customers in Northern Illinois. Kevin grew up in Fox Lake, IL in the historic Mineola Bay area. After graduating from Grant Community High School in 1985 he went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Northern Illinois University in 1989. My construction experience in the summertime during my school years led me to establish K & T Custom Homes and K & T Commercial Construction.
